Current Scope of Practice
Salina Kabani’s practice is focused on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation cases and insurance defense matters. Prior to joining Tillman Batchelor, Ms. Kabani was an in-house litigator for the largest and only Fortune 500 title insurance company. She also represented the largest appraisal District in the State of Texas in hundreds of cases through several years and has represented insurance companies, banks, and real estate developers.

Salina is admitted to practice in Texas (2009), and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

Salina attended Baylor University where she was on the Dean’s List and was a member of Kappa Delta. She received her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law (“South Texas”) in Houston, Texas. During her time at South Texas, she was a member of Phi Delta Phi honor society and interned with the Honorable Judge Timothy Taft of the First Court of Appeals.
