Diane Ferguson is an experienced civil litigation paralegal focusing on the areas of insurance and business litigation. With over 25 years of paralegal experience, Ms. Ferguson is also experienced in a wide array of other matters, including areas of business and commercial real estate litigation, involving breach of contract, insurance disputes, commercial lease disputes, commercial unlawful detainer matters for commercial landlords, collections, bankruptcy litigation and construction defects.

 

Ms. Ferguson joined Tillman Betanzos LLP, now Tillman Batchelor LLP, in 2012.

Ms. Ferguson obtained her Paralegal Certificate from American River College, Sacramento, California.
