Current Scope of Practice
Mr. Mabry has broad experience as a commercial and civil litigation attorney. He has represented clients in state and federal courts in cases involving highly complex issues across a variety of industries. Mr. Mabry’s practice currently focuses on the representation of insurance carriers in complex insurance litigation involving extra-contractual claims. He represents clients in coverage disputes arising from claims on various policies, including homeowners, property, automobile, and general liability.

Mr. Mabry is admitted to practice in Texas (2011) and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas.

Mr. Mabry is a member of the Native American Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.

Education
Mr. Mabry received his J.D. (2011) from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor of the North Carolina Law Review and was the recipient of the Goudes Merit Scholarship. While in law school, Mr. Mabry also worked for the appellate division of the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office and for the North Carolina Supreme Court. Mr. Mabry earned his B.A. (2005) from Washington & Lee University.
